Worst Customer Service Ever!

Booking promised a refund in Apr, for a problem related to a car rental. They claimed the refund has been completed in Apr. But 7 months later, I have not received the refund. When I asked for refund transaction info and date so my bank could check, I have been stone walled, as every time a new name who replied the emails, repeated the same info or asked to wait for their reply which to date I have seen nothing.
