Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. We have experienced consistent failure to bill correctly, with debits being taken for 2 and 3 times the expected amounts, regularly and despite multiple attempts to resolve. One long nightmare since this company took over our water supply from previous trouble free provider. They have now turned a £29 bill, that was paid 3 weeks late (No bill was received), into a £303 bill, in less than 30 days by adding “extra charges”. Now reported to Water Regulators for malpractice. Months of wasted calls re persistent overcharging on our direct debit. Wish we had simply changed supplier.
