nightmare of a company to deal with £10,£40 for late payment! for paper billing, if they could manage to estimate correctly(you would think after 3 years they could!) I would go to direct debit, I don't trust these as a company trying to escape their clutches for over a year but they always say, you owe them fictitious over exagerated amounts.please avoid this company at all costs
