OMG appalling service!!

OMG, Appalling service and total lack of business ethics, They been charging me for Broad Band which I moved to BT on the 11 June 2020, today is the 22 December. I have paid over £230 for a service that they have NOT provided. Numerous emails NOT responded to! Several phone calls promising action and NO action taken and then I get another bill still overcharging me! I have had NO choice but to cancel my DD which is a PAIN as my business telephone line is with them but I am not prepared to accept this and continue OVERPAYING. I will now look for a new telephone Line supplier!!!!

We can confirm we had raised the cease of the line for the 11/06/2020 but failed to receive cease notification from the new supplier.
