I cannot praise the service and experience I had with Alex and Perpetual Time enough. I had a 21 year old Tag Heuer Monaco which I am ashamed to say had never had a service before I entrusted it to Alex. He gave this a full service with a replacement glass and he re-finished the whole case, taking over 20 years of daily use away. That included taking out some pitting in the case sides where the strap was. His attention to detail is truly first class. He gave me complete updates every step of the way and was very truthful on how long the service would take. I completely left this watch with him to do what he could, but I never, ever expected the watch to come back to me looking like it did. I was astonished, it was like the first day I had bought it. The case is beautiful, but I have also noticed in the few days I have had this back that instead of the watch losing time when I take off every night, the watch has not lost any time at all, not a second!. If anyone thinking about using Perpetual Time for their watch service and repairs I would give no hesitation in recommending Alex. The guy is a genius!!
