Review of CryptoChems.com

One out of five chemicals were mislabeled. Don't worry, I am still standing...

That's not a good sign, especially since the CAS product number indicated on the label describes a rather unhealthy substance, MPHP, which is said to be very toxic to the liver.

Given that they are beginners who started their web shop less than a year ago, I was hoping they would better concentrate and fix the wrong labels or substances. But no.

Instead, with gaining success, they weren't available through their live-chat anymore and my emails had been ignored for months, altough they were double-signed (DKIM verification & Open PGP signature), such emails do not land in Spam folders.

Recently, they changed at least one of their products, it feels and looks completely different from the substance they used to sell under the same name. They neither communicated this change on their website nor elsewhere. The price stood unchanged, disappointing to me.

Although Dutch law requires them to add an imprint if their company name and their trade name were not identical, they still have no complete imprint. So, I cannot even check with the Chamber of Commerce, if they even have a license for handling and selling such chemicals.

After each order, they promise a 10 Euros coupon for writing a review on Trustpilot. I am curious, If I will receive these promised 10 Euros or if they will ignore my emails again.
