Very unhelpful customer service team
Very unhelpful customer service team. I have been named on the account previously but they wouldn't take that into account. requesting for the name on the Company bill to call in. My boss asked me to call so that he didn't waste 15 mins waiting for an answer. Then to get told they can't speak to me is a joke. I have already been given permission to speak on behalf of the company numerous times.
