I was signed up by a door to door sales person and was told that the price for my total phone/internet package would be £24.74 inc VAT per month for my 2 year period.

First bills came and were in excess of £30 per month so I phoned up to query this.

I was being charged for paper billing (which i didnt ask for) and also for itemising on my paper bill lol. So with this taken off that instants reduced it but still not to the price I have written down from the sales guy.

I have not just been told that the price for the broadband package (currently £4.67 + VAT) goes up to £44.27pm after 12 months.

This is an outrageous jump in price.

Ive just spent 20 minutes on the phone going over the issue and was told I should have read the small print whilst doing my job and being harrassed by their sales person.

The sales person seemed a decent lad but seems he has misinformed me, or offered me something that he wasnt able to. I have his written price on his business card ( which I have sent to clear business ) but they said that is pretty much useless.

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS BUSINESS should be the name of this company
