The service was excellent. I ordered a samsung odyssey+ HMD during black friday. They managed to get the product for the sale price and the delivery to germany was way faster than expected. But the best about big apple buddy is the support. Any question i had was answered at the same day via e-mail. The support really cares about the customer having a good experience with their service and is really kind. I would choose Big apple Buddy again if I should need to import anything from the US any time soon.
