Its really disappointed

Its really disappointed
Normally I pay £ 94 every Each month
So this time they charge £322 just because diverted calls about technical issues, technical issues, technical issues. :))
So silly company

Good Afternoon,

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing technical issues.
When a customer is experiencing a fault we normally have the option to add on a temporary divert if this is required. Prior to adding we will always advise that all diverted calls are charged at standard rate for the number the calls are being diverted to as part of the diverted leg of the calls.
