Totally rubbish company! Avoid!

This company only take your money, do nothing! Sign 2 years broadband contract but you weren't able to use it. Don’t let you cancelled even the problem already exists in the first week. Ok, I just paid the 2 years contract without using it at all. Then ask me to renew the phone line and give me a discount on the contract price for £12.30. But this rubbish company charge me £16.80 which is not the contract price. Keep calling and calling for 3 months, said will give me a refund but still nothing, and still charge £16.80. Now Christmas time, the busiest time for our business, the phone line broke down and they not even have an emergency contact to contact, so I can not divert all my business calls. How this rubbish company can compensate for my loss of business. I must change the supplier even I need to pay the rest of the contract price. Too much pain from this rubbish company. I have enough!!!

We apologize for the issues you have been experiencing.
With regards to the broadband issues you have mentioned, we understand it is frustrating when any issues arise and we will always attempt to rectify them as soon as possible once reported.
As the last discussion with ourselves regarding this were December 2018 in which we were advised that the service was working correctly, we were not aware of any further issues and subsequently would not have been able to look further into this.
The billing issues mentioned I believe have now been resolved and were due to a system issue with the discounts not applying and this should be corrected on the next invoice generated.
I can see that you have also sent an email with regards to the issues you have experienced, this has been raised to our high level team and an advisor will be in contact in due course to discuss further.
