Warning

Warning! Do not use this company when you have a fault with your supply you will spend days attempting to phone, but unfortunately you are continuously told to be patient your call is important to us, what a joke, you can email Kinex but you receive a nonreply email and you are instructed to phone, you can try the online fault report on their website but that never works, you can try call back from their website but you get a reply that this service is not available, their after sale service is a disgrace, we will be contacting watchdog, we left this company 3 months ago and went back to BT but Kinex still keep sending the bills.
I would be delighted if anyone else would support my complaint to Watchdog as many appear to have had the same experience.

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues.
Whilst we always aim to provide a consistent service, unfortunately no provider is able to guarantee a fault free service and we will always look to rectify any issues as soon as possible.

I can see that we did try to contact you regarding your issue but the only contact number we had was the landline number which we were unable to contact you on due to the fault. I can see that this fault was rectified within the appropriate timescale of the fault being logged. The bills are being sent due to an outstanding balance which has been investigated and been concluded that these are valid charges.
