Review of MADE.COM

Terrible TERRIBLE product - doesn't even deserve one star but zero stars!

Terrible TERRIBLE product, style over design and quality which is definitely the USP of this company. The products are made to look good but not last.
When it arrived, I was concerned that the very thin fabric on the bottom would be too thin for a dog bed and indeed within a few months it has totally ripped and is unusable.
The pad is also too thin which a few other customers have said here.
I have alerted Made.com to this and been told 'too bad' basically -so the customer service is as disappointing.
I would look elsewhere if you want something good quality that will last.
I wish I had! Plus I bought two so the other is bound to go next...
Ps I have a small dog who doesn't scratch about so it's not as if it is due to wear and tear, just cheaply made.
I wonder how long the positive review customers have had theirs for - probably new and excited customers happy with the look, they may not feel the same way in a few months!

Hi Suzanne,

Thank you for taking the time out to review our products. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your order. Firstly, we understand your disappointment at the outcome of the complaint. However, we have reviewed the issue relating to the item and can confirm that the reported damage is not due to a manufacturing fault. All of our items are checked and if an issue is reported on more than one occasion, we ask that it is investigated by our Quality Control Team. The Team ensure that the level of quality and materials that have been used match up to the required standard that is set out for that particular product, and the materials and manufacturing have also got to be deemed as fit for purpose as advertised on our website. In this instance, the 'Kysler' does meet the required standards in both of these areas.

Again, i'm sorry that we cannot be of further assistance to you on this occasion.

Kind Regards
