Is there a way to leave zero stars

Is there a way to leave zero stars? I’m in the middle of trying to get Trip.com to fix a problem THEY created and am getting nowhere after 4 hours on the phone with them in 3 different phone calls + four more calls to the two airlines I’m booked on. My trip is confirmed with Trip.com but there’s no listing for me on the flights seemingly because Trip.com did not give deliver money to the airlines. Flights marked as “not paid” although I paid in may. One associate told me there is a known processing issue with the airline and there’s someone assigned to tackle the problem at Trip.com, just give it 24 hours. 24 hours pass and another associate says, “The airline is having a lot of problems due to Covid,” and told me I should hear back in 24 hours. Didn’t happen. When I talked to the airline, they told me none of the excuses Trip.com gave me are true and basically said I’m being lied to and it’s typical for agencies like Trip.com to take no responsibility for their mistakes. In each phone call I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and no one could be found…”wait 24 hours for a response.” FINALLY, one associate put me on hold and said he’d connect with with his supervisor. I am not kidding you, the associate said goodbye and then BARELY changed his voice while pretending to be a supervisor. I have never seen anything like this and I’ve been working for an airline for 18 years. The flight is in 84 hours and I just got a response saying, “we’ve contacted the airline, response may take 72 hours.” They don’t care if I miss my flights or the fact that if I rebook now, I will have to spend $2000 while having no confidence in seeing a refund for $1200.

This. Is. A. Scam. Do NOT give your business to this bull#%*t “company” who trains its employees to lie and be as incompetent as humanly possible while stealing money from consumers.
