I ordered tickets to a Cubs baseball game off of VividSeats. The seats advertised on the website were NOT the same as the tickets sent over from the seller. The tickets I received were standing room only, while the tickets advertised were Budweiser bleacher seats. I called customer service and spoke to two different people who were kind but scripted and offered no solution despite VividSeats claim to provide 100% buyer guarantee and promise to get you accurate and valid tickets that are “identical, comparable, or even better than the ones ordered or your money back.” Customer service reassured me that the tickets I received were correct and that I would be granted access into the Budweiser bleacher seats that were on the advertised ticket and that I just needed to show up early and try it. I knew this was false as I have been to many Cubs baseball games and am very aware of how their seating works. I was denied any solution or refund so decided I would show up early and try it like I was told to do. Upon arrival I was denied access into the Budweiser bleacher section of the ballpark just as I knew I would be. Will not purchase or recommend vivid seats to anyone as they clearly support fraud and don’t stand by their policies.

What really stood out was the thoroughness and care taken to ensure my comfort and understanding. She even showed me my clean ear canals on the camera, which was fascinating! I highly recommend Earful clinic at Raylands street in Warrington for any earwax removal needs. Andrea is an amazing person with a genuine passion for her work. I'm so grateful for her expertise and kindness. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give her ten stars if I could!

I moved from Petplan to Agria about 12 months ago (with some trepidation as everyone seems to rave about Petplan) however the Agria policy suits us better. 12 months in I have been really impressed and very glad we made the switch. We have made one claim which was dealt with in a straightforward manner. The 24/7 online vet is helpful and we are grateful for the annual £25 voucher. The people on the other end of the phone answer quickly and are both friendly and knowledgable. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 as the payment to settle our claim was a bit slow (21 days I think) and I didn’t receive as many updates as I would have liked during the claim process. But, overall, we’d definitely recommend them.

It's interesting that I have only received a request to rate after ONE of SEVERAL customer service experiences. This one went well. The others have been ongoing for weeks, frustrating, and are still unresolved. This one was about guest profile notes not being accessible outside of a reservation. Turns out, I was putting them in the wrong place. I appreciate the clarification. The other, far more urgent, matter of Cloudbeds reducing the price of our room rates $20 for no reason is far more critical -- and has led to loss of revenue for multiple reservations. Still no resolution to that problem.

Tools for bear market is not just simple or inadequate, I have been asking them let us to have the tool for bear market in AI version a month ago, but still not developed but the Bear market comes, their response to the real market situation is lapse behind, so disappointed, and i have to pay the amount is mush more than I pay to TradingView. and it cannot let I earn monies in this bear situation, well,TS tools for trade in bull is excellent but the main theme now is bear market and will be last for three years as I antcipated.

Both Joe and Kylie were amazing! Talking me through the process a reassuring me that things were progressing as they should! The only issue I had issue with was the title side of things because of proof of residence with not receiving mail at the residence and understanding the our utilities were paid to the village rather than an utility company!
