I submitted a claim on 4 August and Ronnie a representative from Safety Wing immediately reached out to me. Since he has kept me up to date on the whole process right up until payment was authorized for the claim to be paid out. I am super impressed by the service of SafetyWing and their representatives and would highly recommend it.
