INCORRECT AND INACCURATE
The reply left by Lauren is inaccurate and misleading. So to get them to take my complaint seriously I've done the only thing that gets their attention; cancelled my direct debit. I say again (especially to those of you who are being signed up and giving 5 star reviews) be very careful with Unicom. The longer you stay with them, the more it will cost you. Fact.
