Absolutely appalling - the worst of the worst

Absolutely appalling - do not go near them.
This company were seriously overcharging for phone and broadband for a small charity. We were also tied into a 3 year contract (that would be illegal for a domestic contract).
When I tried to contact them to discuss, it was hard to get through on the phone, then they would deny doing anything wrong, then tried to talk down the new provider that I was going to move to.
As a final insult, they have charged us for a month where they are no longer our provider 'because thats how their billing system works and we will get a refund next month'.
They do not know who their Customer Service Director is, when the name was given to them it took 4 attempts to get contact details for them, and then those details were wrong.
If you are thinking of moving to them don't - they have no idea of customer service, they will rip you off and then steal your money.
