Appalling
Very difficult to get hold of, we cancelled our business lines with them 3 months ago yet they still send invoices for one of them despite talking to them eventually when they acknowledged we were correct. Despite this we received another letter by email (non headed) this morning asking us to pay for another month, we are still owed money by ClearBusiness. Very good at setting up accounts extremely poor at closing it seems
