Truly one of the most abysmal…

Truly one of the most abysmal telecommunications companies out there!! They can't even send a simple email after being told by one of their representatives they will do. They shove you from pillar to post in trying to get a problem resolved. If you call them it's at least a half hour wait for someone to answer. Covid has nothing to do with this delay, its always been like it!
Time they moved into the 21st century with internet chat line. But of course the longer you have to wait, the more money they make!!! Its amazing how all of a sudden when told you won't be renewing your contract, you can suddenly be offered cheaper broadband and phone calls, if you do. I call it being ripped off to start with then? Mostly incompetent and unprofessional representatives.Mess up on taking direct debit payment and the on- line bill says overdue, when it's already been taken.Only ever dealt with one shining star on the phone to them. Keep clear!, can't wait for contract termination date to arrive, so can move.
