Clear Business Ltd is the former Titan Telecom Ltd which lost a large amount of confidential customer information to hackers a while ago and quickly renamed itself Clear Business, jumping into utilities renewal to replace the large number of telecoms customers who prudently went elsewhere.

This company has large telephone sales teams and the credit control department is equally well-staffed. Beware if you close your account however. We did in July 2020 but continued to receive invoices and heavy-handed credit collection. The refund due to us was finally received in February 2021after numerous emails and 40-minute waits for someone in ‘customer service’ to answer, but they don’t answer, the call is abruptly terminated as soon as a connection is made. If they think you owe them money, they’re onto you like a shot. If they owe you a refund they will delay for months, presumably in the hope that you will give up and go away.

This is a company which only addresses customer service issues if forced to do so. This which is why nearly 20% of reviewers rate this company as bad or worse – a very high proportion indeed.
