Avoid Clear Business!

We are new business and we have queried two of our two bills with them. They charged higher rates than the agreed ones and the meters that they want rather than our meter reading.
We always contacted them as soon as we received the bill to give them time to solve the issues but they never do on time.
When we ask them to open a formal complaint they don't provide a reference number and they reject to put the invoice on hold.
The customer service and the service are just the worst one ever.
