Would give them -5 stars all day long, horrific company

Would give them -5 stars all day long. The worst money-grabbing dishonest company I have ever dealt with in my whole time in 25 years of business. I have requested a call from their directors several times with no response, they trade through Kinex, Veristar, Unicorn and Clear Business, they can't get a single bill right, accumulate the money you didn't owe originally, collate it then send you threatening letters. They even threated me with CCJ's on bills I had paid, then it became quickly apparent the debt collection company was internally them. Over-charge or late charges on Direct debits? £40 charges for late payment fee's 10 days before the bill is due. Do yourself a favour avoid them as much as possible unless you want to have 3 very frustrating calls per week for the duration of the contract and a pile of bills to fight you don't owe.
