Use Wise Instead Payoneer is a dumbster fire

I have been a verified Payoneer account holder for over five years. Getting payments from websites like medium.com, buymeacoffee, findawayvoices, ezoic and amazon kdp. However having an individual account Payoneer banned me from its platform wrongfully last month even when they had all my verified documents and my local bank account attached. Even having all my financial data Payoneer decided to ban my account without telling me a reason when I contacted Payoneer support via Twitter they told me they found some fraudulent activity on my Payoneer account and decided to ban me.
I told Payoneer twitter support that am willing to provide proof of my innocence and was shocked by their decision as only my local bank account UBL was attached to it and Jazz Cash so where did the fraud come from then? I have provided all verified documents and now my payments from various platforms have stopped and am forced to move to wise which took my kyc and verified my account.
My advice to all is to leave Payoneer alone as it is not a safe platform to be at. Their ban reasons are absurd and customer service is pathetic as they use bots on their twitter Messenger and help support emails. Stay away from Payoneer and use wise instead. I am lucky that I did not have balance in my Payoneer account or all my money would be lost.
