We took my son’s car in to get fixed…

We took my son’s car in to get fixed using the warranty on his car but come to find out after the diagnosis car shield said that they don’t cover the parts or the problems that is wrong with the car. Therefore I am VERY disappointed with this company we were misled into thinking that having the warranty it covers all parts and repairs on the Coolant system, Engine, and certain axle repairs. And when my son spoke to one the customer service representatives he was told that because of the COVID situation Car Shield was giving the customers 14 extra days so the payment would be due on the 20th of June but then someone called him before that date telling him that he had to pay or he would be canceled then the person hung up this person was VERY RUDE and that was uncalled for.
