8 days without any business broadband

8 days without any business broadband or landline services!

Rang and spoke to clear business 3 times today and was lied to and misinformed 2 times.

Firstly, I was told that an engineer is scheduled for an "AM" slot this morning, I was provided with a reassurance that this will "definitely" happen by the representative.

Engineer didn't come so when I rang again at 4ish, I was told by another representative that the engineer was never scheduled for the morning and instead will be there for a "PM" slot and before 6 in the evening, if this didn't happen to call them back and they'd escalate this.

Rang once again after 6 as no sign of engineer and was now told to call back in morning and they aren't able to escalate this any further today.

I will be requesting a copy of the phone calls in line with GDPR regulations and will be complaining and taking this further with relevant authorities.

We are sorry to hear you have not been happy with the service you have received from us. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a fault free service though we do aim to try and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
As per the engineer we use 3rd party engineers therefore need to follow their timescales. We do understand the importance of getting your service up and running as quickly as possible therefore I have sent you a private message requesting further information regarding your account.


I can confirm this issue is with the correct department and they have been chasing updates from openreach. There is currently a complaint raised on your account regarding the issue. Someone from the relevant team will be in contact with you and update you on the fault
