When just-the-name announced they were closing, it led to a frantic effort trying to find an alternative provider. I found it very difficult to find another provider for my .co.uk domain that:

* supported unlimited and catchall email forwarding
* had zero cost .co.uk domain privacy
* had good reviews
* was responsive to questions
* was a reasonable price

Having come across FVS, I used their support system to ask various questions and they were very responsive to all the questions I had as well as addressing any concerns I had. They were also responsive during the move of my domain to them. I was able to set up the email forwarding rules before changing my domain servers over to FVS's. Although they said it could take up to 24 hours for that to propagate, the whois information was updated almost immediately and test emails showed that emails were being routed through FVS's servers.

I'm very pleased with my experience with them so far.
