Kinex at it again. Disgraceful

As per previous review. This company is an absolute shambles. Closed account! After a little bit of a battle and a few discussions with a helpful guy Ryan. Total outstanding bill £394. Account credited £200 as this was the amount that was required to close account. As per letter dated 4th December. Alternatively pay by Bacs. We paid £194 + £200 credited to account. Account closed. That's what we thought!!!!!!
New bill December. £19.99. Called customer service to explain bill. We are in credit £187 which will go back to your account. Was not convinced and called back to ask for an explanation.
No. We owe £19.99. New bill has been generated due to none payment by direct debit. £10. £4.95 for paper bill. Plus interest plus Vat.
Still not the same as the paper bill sent. Spoke to another guy in customer service who agreed in principle but could do nothing. Asked to speak to a manager who was unwilling to speak to me. Was told the manager reviewed the account and basically its in the terms and conditions.
I had a little bit of faith restored in November but totally disgusted In December and all faith in this company has gone.
The customer service that this company provides in sub standard to say the least, and they will quote as per terms and conditions as there get out clause for over charging.
Unhappy pensioner who thought he had seen the back of this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It takes a bad review for this company to do the right thing. The reality is we were getting charged for paying the bill! Ryan had to come to the rescue again.
At least there is one person in this company who has some sense and morality.
