Best Hosting Provider - 14 Years of Comparisons

I have used Windows Remote Desktop and Virtual Servers since 2009. Our previous providers were UKFast, RackSpace and FastHosts. In late 2019 we moved to QuickHostUK due to decreasing standards of support and value for money.

Nearly every aspect of our business relies on our secured remote servers, making procurement a highly stringent process. Being able to demonstrate a best in class service, with proven levels of bullet-proof-security, network resilience, uptime and expert technical support are 'must haves', as is value-led returns on investment

From the provisioning and migration stage, QuickHostUK have genuinely exceeded our expectations of customer support, and particularly their round-the-clock, proactive technical support team.

We recently experienced a non supplier led total loss of access to one of our servers. Even though this was a fault not caused by QuickHost, what took 3 months and a private IT consultant to resolve with our last provider, took QuickHost around 2 hours to resolve.

Within that timescale they built a carbon copy of our original server delivering an emergency migration which had zero data loss and virtually no downtime.

This company is genuinely a first class provider, and I could not speak more highly of what they deliver.
