I'd been with my previous host for almost 10 years.  They were great for the most part but started to come across a few issues and poor service so I decided to move.  Having done a fair bit of research I opted for HostingUK, and I'm very happy I did.

I've moved 5 websites over and they have been great.  The control panel is a huge improvement from what I had before, and any query I've had has been answered within minutes, or instantly on chat.

I didn't know what I was missing out on before, and I very much doubt you can get better service than the service I've received so far.
