Dr. Gore and his team were brilliant throughout the consultation process. Tests were carried out quickly and thoroughly, and the staff were very good at explaining why they were carrying out certain tests without being prompted. Even though I wasn’t ultimately able to proceed with the procedure, I appreciated Dr. Gore’s candour in discussing my options and the professionalism of everyone I encountered that day, from reception to consulting room.
