Totally inadequate Response

This response is totally inadequate. Kinex has stolen my money and won't PAY it back. This is an absolute disgrace. They admit that they stole my money but will only give a credit some 4 months later. That is NOT acceptable. What about the interest that I've had to pay on that money? What about the extra charges that I've had to incur when using other providers to make phone calls? What about the extra time I've had to expend dealing with this shower when I should be running my own business? In short they simply don't care. They have not even had the courtesy to give me a call!
All these expenses are clearly quantifiable. If this is customer service then they need to get real.

We are sorry to hear you have experienced these issues, iterating what the previous adviser has confirmed on the last review all additional charges have been and will be credited back, your last invoice January 2021 invoice there is credit for other charges as well as pending credit for termination fee due to go on in March 2021 invoice, your enquiry has been logged and I will be in touch with you soon to discuss this in more detail.
