Totally inadequate Response
This response is totally inadequate. Kinex has stolen my money and won't PAY it back. This is an absolute disgrace. They admit that they stole my money but will only give a credit some 4 months later. That is NOT acceptable. What about the interest that I've had to pay on that money? What about the extra charges that I've had to incur when using other providers to make phone calls? What about the extra time I've had to expend dealing with this shower when I should be running my own business? In short they simply don't care. They have not even had the courtesy to give me a call!
All these expenses are clearly quantifiable. If this is customer service then they need to get real.
