Unicom are unhelpful, unethical and unprofessional.
Bombard companies with hard sell calls.
Charge astronomical termination fees should you try and leave them.

I am sorry to hear you have not been happy with us. I have been able to locate your account and I can see you have raised these issues over to the ombudsman. Generally termination fees are charged as per our terms and conditions however I can see this issue is currently with our high level dispute team. Someone from that department will be in touch in due course.
